Celia joined Premier in October of 2011. She shares Premier’s genuine desire and commitment to providing financial peace of mind while upholding the honorable fiduciary standard. Celia is committed to excellence in client service and is eager to develop authentic client relationships.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Management and is enthusiastic about continuing her education by obtaining the Series 65 certification and Certified Financial Planner credential. Also, Celia has over 15 years of customer service experience including a background in Insurance Services, and was honored with a Certificate of Special Congressional Recognition exemplifying outstanding and invaluable service to the community for volunteering over 3,700 hours with at-risk local youth.

In addition, Celia was born and raised in Humboldt County and has a deep appreciation for the community. Outside of professional interests, Celia enjoys traveling, reading, spending time with her husband, friends and family.
